About SkyTrainCity.ca

Helping riders find useful places near SkyTrain stations

My name is Shane, and I own SkyTrainCity.ca. I started building this website after running into the same problem many SkyTrain riders have: it can be surprisingly hard to quickly find good businesses that are actually within walking distance of a SkyTrain station.

Why it exists

One local place for walkable business search

SkyTrainCity.ca is meant to make station-area discovery easier. Instead of starting with a broad map search and guessing what is close enough, visitors can search businesses by station area, category, walking distance, and other practical details.

The goal is simple: help riders and nearby customers find businesses they can reach without needing a car, and help local businesses appear in the station-area context where customers are already looking.

Listings

Public information, with a free way to claim or correct it

Some listing information is gathered from public records and public online sources. Each listing is meant to show useful business details, website information where available, and walking-distance context from the closest SkyTrain station.

Business owners can claim or correct a basic listing for free. Accurate directory listings and complete business profiles can also provide small but useful local SEO and answer-engine value over time, especially when they help answer real customer questions.

1 Find a station area

Start from the closest SkyTrain station and browse businesses nearby.

2 Check the walking context

See distance and estimated walk time so the listing is useful for transit riders.

3 Claim or improve listings

Owners can submit corrections so customers get better contact and location details.
